"there is badness in me"

That is how Sienna describes how she is really not feeling well! Yes it is that horrible old 'badness' making her ill and hot and cold and tired and not hungry and just generally yucky!

Poor thing, I wish I could take it away and make it better but only time will and a big dose of TLC from us all.

So it was a day at home for us - apart from an appointment for me this morning, which saw the girls and I manage to squeeze in a trip to a fab fabric shop in Lancaster and so they are now busy sewing 'amazing things' upstairs. The boys meanwhile spent an enormous proportion of their day at the river with stones and a slingshot, generally doing what boys do when on their own (for the record we don't exactly know what they did and neither do they it seems but as far as we are aware no one or nothing was hurt!)
