Sockets, Temple Street Market, Kowloon

Now, why on earth, if you are in the most throbbing and vibrant, shopping centre in the world, would you spend 20 minutes photographing power sockets on the outside of a building?

I keep thinking about danger and a story one of Annie's friends told me about the electrics shorting out during thunder storms because nothing is earthed properly.

There is opulence and grunge in equal measure here and I'm being taken over by grunge in all it's beauty.
