Lunges.

Today we graduated for the new opening of TGI Friday'a at Union Square!

Had a barbeque down at Balmedie beach. Although it was affa windy and cold; had a fab time!

Played lots of ridiculous games as per usual. This one consisted of us 'warming up' by doing lunges..
