T(R)oasted Cheese

The cause of many a pub debate - Roasted Cheese or Toasted Cheese. Toasted for me.

We were visiting my mum for lunch today expecting lunch but it turned out to be the usual three-courser with assorted cups of tea and chocolate biscuits. When we got home we were still stuffed so Toasted Cheese was the answer.

And yes, cholesterol aside, it was magnificent!!
