Friends, Romans, Jarvises

Italians - and Romans in particular - are sociable folk. Most Romans tend to live in the area where they grew up, and are greeted by dozens of people they know every time they walk down the street. The Surge appears a small Irish-themed bar from the outside, but inside it's really a Roman Jarvis bar that has a regular clientele, many of whom have known each other since they were children. It's also in the area where most of the taverns were to be found in ancient Rome, so there is a long history of raucous boozing in the air. Eddie (left) and Ahmed (right) run the place like a clubhouse for Jarvises, and it's always essential to visit whilst on operations in Rome.
