Thank you for all yesterday's views, kind comments, favourites and subscriptions - the chicks even made it to the 'Spotlight' page for a while! It was quite overwhelming but I feel a bit of a fraud because I don't think you can really go wrong with cute, fluffy baby animals, can you?

Anyway, gone full circle here! Made a long-overdue visit to my children's godparents, who are possibly our oldest friends. There was loads more food already done by the time I took this and we spent a lovely afternoon in their beautiful garden, catching up on life and stuffing ourselves stupid.
