Pine mushroom gills

In the paddocks across the road, pine mushrooms emerge (probably from last years horse manure piles). A local restaurant (of some repute) comes here to harvest them.

Usually the gills are straight, but this one just liked to do it's own thing. . .

P.S. This is not as sharp as I'd like - oh, for a macro lens!
