Well maybe I should have explained on the previous blip.

Due to the majority of my work being in schools, and it being the easter holidays.....im kinda at a loose end, so have been hitting the gym hard core. And.....touch wood my knee is holding up at the moment so Ive been able to push the training up a gear and have even managed to start playing hockey without landing in a delicate heap. Yay!

All about the gym time!
