Helical cloud?

What a beautiful day today (apart from discovering we had brought a few ticks back for a wee east coast break but sadly they met a swift end once discovered). The cloud in the pic isn't so easy to see but it was very helical and DNA like (even with base pairs)...most likely due to those playful RAF boys over at Leuchars...or something man made.
