it's a beautiful day

..for a walk in the grounds of the Bowhill estate near Selkirk. Up through the woods onto the moors, picnic stop, then back along the Yarrow river, about eight miles, all in warm sunshine.

Then back to Edinburgh for an early supper of pasta and pizza and a wee glass of wine at Papilio. And home to watch Lewis on the telly.
