Wonderful View

So, our last morning in Aberystwyth. We got up late, ate breakfast, then went back to our room to pack. I took this picture of the view out of our window just before we left, handing in our keys until the next time we visit!

I had been heard to say "there's definitely an Aberystwyth in heaven" several times during the time we spent there!

And so, decisions having been made about career, life, money, and studies, we headed for home, armed with some gorgeous coffee from the coffee shop that Welp had showed us the previous year and also with a hot pork roll (with stuffing and apple sauce) for a picnic on the way home!

The drive was pretty long, and there were rather too many horse boxes and, er, leisurely drivers on the road for my taste, but we got home safely and were greeted by the cats who were all well, happy, and pleased to see us! The house was also in a remarkably good state too!

I don't remember much of the evening. Very tired, watched telly, bathed, fell into bed!
