Nuclear Flower

Hello all!

I had a go at getting a portrait of my sister for today's blip. This would have been a very big breakthrough as she is really camera shy. The only time I have seen her pose was for my Dad's (RustyKlicker) 100th blip. Hopefully she will let me take her photo for my 100th if I get that far.

I failed in getting her portrait and on top of that she borrowed my camera to go to her boyfriends 18th birthday party. This left me in the very awkward position of having no subject and no camera! I borrowed one of my Dad's cameras so it was okay in the end.

I saw this flower in my garden and thought it was radioactive. I haven't ever seen a redder flower in my life, I just had to blip it. I only cropped the photo in post-production, the flower truly is that red.
