This is the Port Otago tug 'Kapu', Mrs M and I went for a drive out along the peninsula to see the french racing trimaran 'Groupama' being towed up the channel.

Groupama capsized off the Dunedin coast on monday during its record attempt on the Jules Verne Trophy (a prize for the fastest nonstop circumnavigation of the world), all 10 crew were rescued from the boat.
