It snowed about 6 inches here today. One good thing about snow is that it makes you see the colorful things in nature more clearly. I've seen cardinals flying around my back yard before, but today I really saw them... a male and his mate, never more than a few branches away from each other. Touching.

I was lucky enough to get this shot of the male waiting in line to land on the birdfeeder on our window.
