Burham Woods have come to . . .

next door! I understand that this will come as a bit of a shock to the owners of the house, but there are 15 fruit trees in their greenhouse/shed!

An old man on Postie's round has been poorly in hospital for a long time and Postie has been looking after his greenhouses. Now the old man has died and his sister has told Postie to help himself to the trees! So we borrowed a van and collected apple trees, pear trees, a cherry, a nectarine, an apricot, two vines and numerous strawberry plants!

Unfortunately our greenhouse is small and full but luckily next door there is a big shed with lots of windows! But we really can't keep them all, so tomorrow half the gardening club are coming round to choose what they want. We're keeping the nectarine, the cherry, an apple and a vine - if we can find somewhere to keep them!
