Scrape, scrape, screech, screech
As promised, we've got Poppy a violin. I have to say it is not quite as horrid as it could have been, she certainly has rhythm even if she does not know any notes yet.
In other news, a busy day, helping clear out the new house and Church (and having a huge bonfire) then an hour spraying roundup on our rather impressive Nettle crop. Cricket for Alfie and town for the rest of us, when we were waiting for Poppy's violin to be sorted I had a go on a Banjolele, which might have sounded great if I had been able to remember how to play it!
Then to the farmshop for meat and cheese, I have bought a huge piece of Cornish Yarg which is the King of all cheese.
Right I have beans to cook....
