Trapped!

A couple of hours ago, I spotted a bumble bee on the wall of the house, about 10cm up from the ground. It looked quite happy, and as I was busy loading garden rubbish into the car, I didn't stop to think about blipping it.

It was still there when we came back, only this time, it was hanging upside down, trapped in a spiders web. I remembered seeing the spider before, but didn't imagine what was about to happen. Mother Nature is a curious thing.

For those of you asking; I have moved her to a safe spot in the garden...but I'm not sure that she will be ok.
