Ring that bell

On the way to the Saturday market we passed the youth centre where I used to be a trustee, and saw that they were having an open day of which the centrepiece was this climbing tower. Kids were scrambling up supported by a rope on an inertia reel, and announced their arrival at the top by ringing the bell.Keeps them off the streets, I suppose.
