Gardening

With the weather turning cooler here, now is a good time to be planting our salad crops. We tried it in summer but everything grows too fast. Actually when I say salad I mean potatoes as well. We had such a good crop last year that we have decided to try again. Besides, both of us love potatoes.

Today was pretty laid back. I went for an early guitar lesson, followed by some shopping with Jo. Gardening this afternoon and I managed to fit a nap in there somewhere. The forecast rain didn't eventuate which was a bit annoying because If I had known I would have gone fishing. Apparently it will rain tomorrow and into early next week.

All in all not a bad Saturday. I might go to bed early.
