inside
who really knows what turns on the light inside you: a person, you: a friend, you: a lover, you: a thinker, you: a free spirit, you: dreamer, you: a form of energy?
how can one day, nay one moment be so vastly different from the next? Out of the millions of neuronal signals, how many have to change, change order, change frequency to create such a difference in feeling, being, existing?
Some times all you need is a little tweak, an adjustment of chemicals, a tune-up of neurons, a little maintenance of the mind. Too bad it isn't that simple to accomplish.
Too bad it isn't like replacing a bulb. Sometimes when the neurons decide to short-circuit, rewire, or just stop all together, you can't do much about it.
things i am pondering today. actually most days, but usually these thoughts hang below the conscious radar, in darken sulci of my mind.
