Was in town 50 mins before I was due to start work. Not sitting in the office killing time when I could be out Blipping instead. I wandered down to the waterfront (without Marlon Brando) and before you could say green man ... the grey mist descended bringing misty rain. Not giving up, I meandered along the road and saw this. Have never ever seen it before, and thought ... cool ...

On the left handside it tells you how many miles to Edinburgh. On the righthand side it gives you the milage to Inverness and Carlisle. It was erecterd by The Royal Bank of Scotland to mark the creation of the National Cycle Network. The big round disc has an etching of the Glasgow Coat of Arms.

After all that excitement - I was still in work too early!
