Matzoh ball soup

Mmm, delicious soup. This has matzoh balls, celery, carrots, chicken, and mushrooms in a chicken stock. It's actually pretty easy to make (directions on how to make the matzoh balls are on the mix's box but make sure to use vegetable rather than canola oil and boil them in chicken broth) and hell of tasty. Laura was enjoying the soup here; I had mine before work today.
