I finally plucked up the courage got around to taking photos at Kirsten's Salon today.

How do I manage to get myself into these things?

It was hard work, the girl's moved around their clients pretty fast and there wasn't the opportunity to say 'hold it like that' or 'could we do that again, I didn't quite get it that time'.

I am on the ultimate learning curve, and it just goes up and up and up......

Oh well, life would be very boring without it's challenges.

And just when I thought the hard bit was over, now I have to sort out the good from the bad, crop, enhance, adjust, monochrome....you get the picture.

Luckily Kirsten hasn't set a deadline, however i feel I should get it all finished and burned to disc by my next appointment at the end of the month.

I hope she'll be pleased with the results, I did say to her that I am interested in photography and not i'm a photographer.

Maybe one or two shots might make it to the website, who knows.
