Due to recent and damaging cutbacks to our police services I gather this is what our local men in blue now have to use instead of a tyre shredder.

I realise times are hard but I don't think this bit of plastic tube will stop the hardened joyriders of inner Salford :-)

Police Camera Action will never be the same.
