poached eggs!

I made this at work for my breakfast because it is an unusual receipe! It involves clingfilm a wee bit of oil on the clingfilm tie it up and stick it in the pan four mins,open up scoop it out with a spoon,and bingo! Bingo! Perfect poached egg and toast!
