Great Grandfather's Win

"Won by Thos C. Cooke on 5th July 1906". I think my mother said it was for cycling.

Found this cup in a drawer. The stem is broken from the cup and attempts were made to mend it, but to no avail, so it has been confined to a bottom drawer. I might try to get it welded and stuck back on to its pedestal.

Worked until after 9pm tonight. 9am until 9pm. Our Summer Activities booklet for young people in Tallaght is due to go to printer next week. I am fighting with a new design package to get my head around it....InDesign....and I am no graphic designer. It will be done come hell or high water.....and more late nights!
