Eye Spy

A deep, deep, bubbly bath for two very tired kids tonight (note the wrinkled fingers). I somehow managed to wash their hair between my own fits of laughter as H chattered away with his best Australian accent. The sound he produced could be best likened to that made by a demented parrot (I imagine, having never met one)!

A quick blip tonight as I need to climb aboard old faithful and knock a few out (that's not a euphemism) - it's been a while since I have been on the turbo so a good hour sesh on the bike is called for. Wetherby Triathlon is less than 8 weeks away...eek!!
