Peacock flaunting its colors!

I have finals less than a week away and for some odd reason, I find overwhelming opportunities to photographs near or during my exams...which is a pity..because I have ceased to become a regular blipper.

Anyhow, I was not much interested in this fellow here but as I passed by him, his feathery tail was spread out on the ground in a lovely manner so I thought I would take a shot or two but they did not turn out so well because the bird had its back to me. As I started to walk away from it, the peacock turned towards me & (I'd like to think) looked at me and a second later, it ruffled all its feathers and had them all up in the air as shown in a jiffy. It seemed to me, he did that just for me and in fact, he kept on like this facing towards me for quite some time (at least till I had gotten half a dozen good shots) before appeasing another audience...,
