Moose Loose...

...outside this hoose!

Caught this little blighter stealing nuts from my bird feeder today. He wouldn't even have been able to get them if the squirrel hadn't broken the feeder in the first place so it's only cm's from the ground instead of standing tall!

Not sure I like him stealing the nuts but seeing as last winter the moose was in the hoose maybe it's just as well there's a stash of grub for him outside this year. Course it also helps that we've expanda foamed every hole in the house since then to stop them getting in!!!

Quite pleased with the shot considering I first spotted him from the window, made it outside without him budging and got within a few feet when my batteries died. Aaaaaaarrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhh!

Scuttled back indoors to get more batteries to find he'd scuttled off by the time I got back. Oh well.
