Rakaia Beach

We have been at Ashburton all weekend I have been Photographing a Cutting Event the National Finals, will back blip the 2 days as soon as I can.

We are in our motor home.

Today we have been meandering along country roads following the coast towards Christchurch, when we hit the Rakaia River we were forced back up to the main road so grabbed a Latte! while near civilisation then went back down the otherside of the river back to the sea, where we had lunch.

Then went for a walk along the beach, where fishermans tyre tracks went off into the distance and you can see why they all have motorbikes!

There were two Hector Dolphins swiming along in the surf very close to the shore.
