I Love Reading

Another beautiful autumn day, and I am sorting things out around home before I head south tomorrow. Hubby on the roof attending to a few things that need fixing, so I have to be handy to make sure he gets on and off the roof OK.
Wondered what to blip today, and it came to me that I like reading and do not get the time I want to read more. Thought I would try my heart series in it. Similar style to here.
This book - 'Over the River' - by Mona Anderson is a wonderful real life story of when she lived at Mt Algidus, across the Wilberforce river - into the real back blocks in those days.
It was a hard life but she loved it. This was her 3rd book.
I loved this little poem - called - 'For a Good Girl'
