Went for a walk up culloden woods this evening, mostly to find a blip but also to clear the head and get some fresh air. Developments happening right left and centre, but more on that later this week.

I have had to wait almost 4 weeks for a physio appointment and today was the day..... unfortunately i completely forgot.... Raging! been having hamstring pain all year and need to get it sorted before i do some serious damage. Maybe i should get something for forgetfulness.

Some South African fella won the masters last night. Rory mcilroy blew a 4 shot lead going into the last day... game crumbled infront of a few million tv audience members...shame on the fella.
