Welding Glass Attempt Number 2: Trial and Error

After my welding glass failure a couple of weeks ago, I thought I'd spend a bit of time practicing the technique as the wind was moving the clouds at a fair rate.

I decided to station myself behind the shed so non of the neighbors could see me looking like a loon, sadly this meant that I didn't have anything nice to take a picture of so I decided just to practice on the clouds alone.

I learned so much in the half hour I was out there so I'm pleased that I did it! Now I just need to find something proper to sit in the foreground.

So really attempt #2 was a mixed bag:
