Peeking Over?

Peeking over or looking down? Looking down. Grandson # 3, having been told not to climb on the roof of the magazine of the old Napoleonic Fort, overlooking Fishguard Harbour, is now looking down at me, as I rest in the mid-day sun. And hey presto a blip!?
