Getting braver....
Had a quality day today, went up to the fort with Scotty, to see where he works. And took a tour of the fort as well. Its such a massive building and very impressive, but yet so intricate in the details. Considering it was built in 1465, its such a monumental structure. been thinking alot today walking around this massive thought, I think in the west we are programed to see countries like india as backward emerging or developing nations, but it cant of always been like that, I mean there must have been civilisation here before to build stuff like this, and the country is litered with forts and temples just like it. I think its more a case in the west that we need to reavaluate, what we consider to be sucseful, I dont think our system is working that well at the moment, and i know from my brief experience here so far the people seem alot happy that the ones i saw strolling around London, maybe we can learn a little from them.
Any ways the fort is very very impressive and the audio tour is very informative, wandering around the place, you can just imagine some of the battles that must have been fought there.
In the evening scotty took me down in to town to try some proper local food, a restraunt where the locals eat, cant get over the buzz and hustle of this place and discoverd that indians love having there photo taken and want you to photograph all there kids to, this little lad was so sweet, and so tiny, sat on his brothers shoulders took lots of shots of the family group but this is my favorite.
