Cookies

And here's the easy and delicious recipe.

Chocolate cookies (about 20 pieces)

100 grams butter
2 decilitres sugar
1 egg
2½ decilitres wheat flour
½ tsp baking soda
1/4 tps salt
1½ decilitres crushed chocolate

Whip butter and sugar together, add egg and whip till fluffy mousse.

Mix up dry ingredients and add to dough with chocolate. Mix up with woodfork.

Roll little balls and flatten them on the baking sheet. (They will grow in the owen!)

Bake 15 minutes in 175 degrees of celcius.
