Just a Wiff

You ever wonder where all the left over scraps of food end up after you eat at a restaurant? Me too, kinda. Here in Xiamen, and China in general, all that leftover stuff gets tossed into these blue barrels to be hauled away to, to, I don't know exactly where. Biofuel factories? Manure piles? Dragon trough? Anyway the mystery kind of loses it's mystique once that smell of solid waste gets blown down the street and into your face.
