Serenblipitous
There I was, preparing to take my blip of this unusual cafe on the West side of Manhattan. When, into my viewfinder, (well display really) comes this visually challenged man out for a stroll. Moments after this was taken, he was at the corner waiting to cross the street. It being a busy intersection, he called out for some assistance. As luck would have it, a woman of similar age was just reaching the corner. (If you look closely, you will see the woman holding a handbag just next to the cafe). She wraped her arm around his and proceeded to escort him across with a broad smile on her face (I wish I'd captured that part).
This was a refreshing break from all of the craziness going on around us.
