spot the missing part

I've been working, on and off, for a few weeks to get my CBoardman Hybrid bike back on the road. It's almost there.

New Chainset, (not fitted by me), tuned rear wheel, front outer-ring, new chain, gear cables, mudguards, and a new inner tube on the rear wheel too.

Two things remained: new bottle cage and new toe clips.

I'd been unsuccessful in getting used clips and straps from the Bike Station, so ordered some from Amazon. Looked just like the ones I use on the Ridgeback at the moment. Perfect.

They arrived this morning. Can you spot what was missing from the packaging?
