You know it's an addiction when...

you eventually get home and sit down and it hits you - no blip! So in desperation you get the scone I had with my cup of tea. Very nice it was too. Blackcurrant jam if you are interested!

On a mildly positive note, we had a three and a half hour meeting at work today and we managed to leave it still with the will to live, that doesn't happen very often Just considerably more work to do! Oh well can't have everything.
