Happy Scars

I noticed I'm still sporting evidence of a Pennsylvania ice skating adventure that went awry this past December. I skated (badly) in cheap rentals, which proceeded to rub holes into the sides of my legs. It was a good excuse though: "Oh I just CAN'T do any impressive skating tricks, these skates just hurt so MUCH!" Damsel in distress, right? Scars like these keep me humble...
