Getting this plant in a bucket was my most outstanding achievement today.

Trying to cultivate the beginnings of a vegetable garden with children of a 'selective hearing' disposition does not look like an episode of The Good Life.

So, we have lots of mud, pots that may or may not have seeds in, we have everything from the shed displaced and random seeds scattered down the cracks of the terrace.

On the subject of hearing, Beau thinks he might be going deaf because he can't hear the toilet flush as well as he used to.
