Round and round the garden

Spotted a wall in the local park that had been painted to hide the graffiti... with red paint... How weird.
Anyway I circularised it for fun...reminds me of one of those pie-like chart infographics, oft seen these days- where the radius of the segment is proportional to whatever parameter. I didn't realise until recently that these were pioneered by Florence Nightingale. Go girl.
The rest of the day seemed to be full of arguing and haircuts. Is it the opposite of a full moon? (is there a term?).
