Max and the Banyan tree

We said good bye to our friends in Sanur and headed off on a hot stunning drive to Ubud, we are right in the jungle!!!!!! We have 2 rooms one above the other connected by an open shaft between bathrooms so we can communicate with the kids downstairs easily!!
We went straight off out for food and then to the Monkey Forest where lots of fun ensued including the Diva's skirt almost being removed by a monkey!!! You buy bunches of bananas for them and are hounded until they are gone which doesn't take long!

There is an enormous infinity pool and a jacuzzi here which we are all enjoying but the boys are having a great time making up all sorts of stories around being transformed into Gods and Monsters by the bubbling pool!! More bat action, smaller ones here, we wandered off to dinner locally with torches to a lovely little place where the boys didn't really like the food! Kids eh? Anyway we'll be eating there for the next 3 nights so better luck tomorrow! The people here are so friendly, can't believe we are really here!
