rain drops on riding glasses...

the weather kept its promise...woke up to overcast skies and a rather pleasant morning - just the kind one wishes for, on ride mornings...the destination was the usual, the company was not...a couple of riders joined today after a long break...and then there was the warm green tea and dates by the lake...like any of the previous rides to the lake, it was more about talking and riding together than logging miles or scaling speed records...the kind that makes waking up in the morning and going for a spin worthwhile...the mind knows that this weather is just an illusion and the summer will hit us back in its true colors soon but we're going to savor this till it lasts...
