NO Smoking Area!

This beautiful Gazebo actually was a designated smoking area about 10 years ago where I work.

Hard to believe that long ago I was one of those sitting out there smoking.

On May 4th this year I will celebrate my 7 year anniversary from the day I made the decision to quit smoking, one of the best days of my life, it's up there with having my children and marrying my husband.

My husband quit smoking 4 years ago, which if he hadn't made that decision his past health issue would have been even harder for him to battle or even survive since he had a lung infection.

So when I walk by this Gazebo on my break it reminds me of how far I have come and how much I have grown, and I hope by sharing that experience it may inspire someone else who is struggling to quit a habit. And my best advice is to QUIT COLD TURKEY!

And take it one day at a time, before you know it, you'll feel the FREEDOM and control you have over substances, they don't control you.
