Free Car Park??

As the saying goes, there is no such thing as a free lunch car park. Let's face it, it would be a bit rich to charge money for this.

Before anyone with local knowledge corrects me, I must point out that the free car park is to the left of the photo and this is a sign that would have been pointing to it but has been turned around to point at this area that is being developed and had until about a month ago been a jungle of bramble bushes.

That said, the free car park is only just slightly more suitable than this area, so indeed it would be a cheek to charge for its use. Being close to the station though, it is a rush to get into it in the morning and once in, you have to wait for everyone to come home before you get out.
