The Burlington at The Devonshire Arms

I was lucky enough to try one of the taster at The Burlington Restaurant at The Devonshire Arms. The food and service were excellent. This is the only photo I took (my girlfriend was snapping away with a decent camera), it turned out to be my second favourite course. It's a foie gras and confit duck pressing with 'duck textures' (duck ham, smoked duck breast and several more) and a brioche bun.
