Carmel Delight yogurt (80 cals), veggies; carrots & celery, hummus, and sunflower seeds (220 cals) super yum and good for you! i'm tryin hard to get back on the healthy lifestyle band wagon ^_^ have my proteins, veggie carbs, and healthy fats all in one! woot! ^_^ Just light enough for me to have early in the day, but enough cals to not leave me hungry in an hour lol!
