Waking up this morning, I tried to catch the blue hour but I was a little bit late and couldn't get as many shots as I would have liked. But no matter, I had fun walking around and breathing in the fresh air.
I watched Roman Holiday for the first time today. I often don't watch Audrey Hepburn films, but it was recommended to me by a friend whom I promised to watch if she watched Funny Face. Since she did, I held my end of the bargain. These two films are a great "couple" in that they're filmed on location in two great cities, Rome and Paris respectively. Although I'm not really into Rome so much, the film is certainly a stone cold Hollywood classic and I'm glad I watched it. I still prefer Funny Face, but then I often prefer Technicolor and you can't beat Fred Astaire's dancing (although it's still hard to compete with Gregory Peck's awesomeness).
